Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, please read the following carefully to ensure that you are aware of the returns process.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, the item must not have been used or damaged in any way and in its original packaging including any pamphlets or accessories. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@glimmerandglowco.com.au we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received your return and have approved it, you will  be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so that we can evaluate and address the issue promptly. We may request that you provide a photograph of the item and/or the delivery package to aid in a speedy resolution.

Failure to notify us within 7 days may result in your request to be denied.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
